Reimbursement of Physiotherapy

If you have supplementary insurance for physiotherapy, we will submit the claim directly to your health insurance provider.
We have contracts with all health insurance companies.

If you do not have supplementary insurance, or if you are no longer entitled to reimbursement for physiotherapy, the rates listed below will apply.

Payment Method

Invoices that are not reimbursed by your health insurance company will be sent to you by email.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by debit card/cash at the practice.

Appointments that are not cancelled in time (at least 24 hours in advance) will be charged.

Price List – effective from 1 January 2026

Physiotherapeutic and exercise therapy services are exempt from VAT.

• Initial consultation and examination after screening (DTF) – € 55.00

• Initial consultation and examination after referral – € 55.00

• One-time consultation with written report to the referring physician – € 75.00

• Physiotherapy session – € 44.00

• Manual therapy session – € 55.00

• Lymphatic therapy session – € 58.00

• Surcharge for home treatment (per session) – € 15.00

• Fysiofit subscription – € 34.00

• Physiotherapy report for third parties (company physician/legal assistance) – € 114.65

• Missed appointment: 75% of the scheduled treatment
  if not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance

Assistive devices and exercise materials are charged at cost price.

Payment Terms

All invoices for treatments must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
If payment is not received within this period, the client will be in default from the 15th day after the invoice date.

In the event of default, the practice is entitled to take collection measures or to engage third parties for this purpose.
All costs associated with collection (including extrajudicial collection costs) will be charged to the client.
