Physiofit
During the Physiofit evenings, you'll exercise under the guidance of an experienced manual or sports physiotherapist. Depending on your training goals, a personalized workout will be created, with a strong focus on improving your strength and fitness. This is important for recovering well from a sports injury or if you want to reduce your physical complaints.
The Fysiofit training sessions take place at fixed times and are at your own expense. Fysiofit takes place at Abraham Kuyperweg 2a and is supervised by:
